This new Great Game he speaks of will be fascinating to watch; but, it could be a little nerve wracking as well, as the competition between the five becomes more intense.

First, this story was picked up by an organization linked to Israel which edits translations of stories from the Arab media. It would not be surprising that such edited material would be done so in a manner, that would benefit Israel's desire to sway public opinion in favour of Israeli policies and positions. The intention of such an action, would be to inflame fear within the publics mind and goad politicians into making rash decisions in dealing with potential Arab adversaries, both real and imagined. Now, that is not to say that this threat is not real. It could be, we don't know. Just that, it's something that ought to be kept in mind. As for the rest of the story, its an interesting read and as usual, Mr. Margolis makes some astute observations.
